PMB was born from a love of coffee and cattle, a way in which two worlds could collide and create something amazing.

We are situated on an (almost) self sufficient, 12 acre homestead where we raise cattle, sheep and chickens which provide beef, milk, lamb and eggs. The chickens spend their days frolicking through to orchards and digging up my veggie patch, while the cattle and sheep graze harmoniously, rotating through the various paddocks.

Each morning, coffee in hand, I make the rounds - saying good morning to everyone, Merle in particular, quite enjoys this and will often bellow back as if to say hello. This quickly became a favourite on social media and thus the idea of ‘Morning Merle’ was born.
